Materials: Materials are purchased separately for classes & KAL's. We appreciate you purchasing yarn from Fillory. It supports the shop & small businesses.
Yarn: Wosted weight yarn. Kavitha suggests Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok Worsted
Please refer to the pattern for yarn amount per your size and gauge etc.
Needle: US 7 - 4.5 mm & US 5 - 3.75 mm
Students are encouraged to bring the following to the first class on May 17 along with yarn and tools.
(1) Pattern printed out or in your device. Buy your copy here Mika Vest by Kavith Raman
(2) Washed and dried swatch as per instructions given in the pattern.
(3) A store-bought or previously knit sweater that fits you well.
During the class help will be provided to understand techniques like the short rows, neck and armhole shaping instructions, double knit armhole trim and button band, button holes and folded brim as well as any adjustments needed for fit.
