In this class, we will learn to knit an adult size sock using worsted weight yarn and 3.75mm needles. The sock will be knitted from the cuff down, using shadow wrap short row technique for the heel.

SKILLS REQUIRED TO TAKE THIS CLASS:
If you are an experienced sock knitter, who has always knitted socks with heel flap and gusset, this is an opportunity to try your hands at the short row heel technique.
If you are an aspiring sock knitter and will need help knitting in the round, magic loop method will be taught in class.

Yarn: Worsted weight yarn. We suggest Malabrigo Rios!
Needle: US 5 / 3.75mm circular 32 inch needles or double pointed needles. If you are an experienced knitter, please feel free to use dpns or magic loop or another method to knit your sock. For those who need help knitting in the round, magic loop method will be taught in class.
