Project Help

Do you have a fantastic project in mind but no idea how to start it? Are you stuck on a particularly difficult part of your project and need help to get to the next step? Join our Project Help class and get focused help from our Yarn Doctor for 90 minutes.

Prerequisites:

Please bring a project that you are struggling with, or that you want to start, including the pattern you're using. This is a class for students who already know how to knit or crochet and simply need a guiding hand on a specific project.

Bookings 

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment must be made to reserve your seat. 

Cancellations 

All cancellations and class transfers must be made within 72 hours to receive a full refund. All requests must be made by phone to Fillory Yarn 408-620-1042. 

Class Minimum 

Classes require a minimum of 2-3 students to run, so don’t forget to invite a friend! If a class is canceled due to low attendance, we will contact you to reschedule for a future date, or you may choose a full refund. 

Arrival 

Please arrive at class 5 minutes early. You may not have time to shop before the class. Please come prepared with all materials. Classes will start promptly and we cannot accommodate late arrivals. 

Materials 

We recommend purchasing your class materials well in advance. If you are not able, and the shop is open before class please arrive early to pick your materials and have your yarn wound if necessary. 

We prefer that students purchase their class materials from Fillory Yarn. However, if you’re bringing materials from home please be sure they are compatible with the class materials list. 

Missed Classes 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide make-up classes or store credits for missed classes. 

If you are taking a multi-session class and cannot show up to one of the sessions please let your instructor know.
