Intro to Socks Class
Are you ready to knit your first pair of socks? This is the class for you. We will learn how to knit the heel flap, gusset, and toe on a pair of baby socks.
Prerequisite: You will need to know how to knit in the round with either DPNs, Magic Loop, or circulars.
Materials:
- Yarn: 100 yards of worsted weight yarn
- Needles: US size 5 (3.75 mm), 32 inch for magic loop
- Darning needle
- Stitch Markers
- Pattern: Little Squirrel by Tin Can Knits. Please bring a printed copy of your pattern with you.
Pre-work: Please come to class with the leg of your sock completed, so that we can start the heel during the first session.
